Media Specialization Week 5

It is already week 5, crazy how fast time passed by! This week, I focused on finding the left/right brain assignments that would fit in the notebook/planner, however most of them requires a additional software to "play", and they would not deem fitable on a traditional printed planner. I never thought that it would be this difficult to actually create assignments for left/right brain.

I also started working the final layout on Adobe Indesign and experimented with the fonts and colors that I would like to incorporate in the final design. I chose two main colors, a light pink with dark grey with blue-ish tones. These two seem to fit well, as one is bright and the other is a bit grim. The contrast is perfect to highlight or emphasize a certain category if needed. I also want to add white and black into it, but black seems a bit harsh on the design. White would work out, since I still want to keep the design simple and let the fonts do the work.

For printing, I also checked out online where I could get it printed, but I did not specifically paid much attention on them yet. I will be doing further research once everything is settled.
